Dr. Najla Alfaraj is Cultural Attaché at Washington DC. She was Assistant Professor in Electronics Engineering Technology Department at the College of Technological Studies (CTS), Public Authority of Applied Education and Training (PAAET) in Kuwait. She received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. with honor degrees in Computer Engineering from Kuwait University, in 1999 and 2001, respectively. She received her Ph.D. in the Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York University, USA in 2012. Before starting her Ph.D. study in 2006, she worked in her field as system engineer at Schlumberger in 1999, then database administrator at Kuwait University in 2000, and IT Vice manager in the Commercial Real Estate Company in Kuwait between 2002 and 2006. Before moving to USA, she was Director of Ebn Alhaitham In-Service Training Center since October 2017. |
