If you need help to apply or you have already applied, please do the following:

1.  Upload all of the necessary documents in the Ministry Academic System website

  • Make sure all of your documents have been clearly uploaded in PDF format:
    • Passport
    • Civil ID Card
    • Birth Certificate
    • Transcripts (grades 9-12)
    • IGCSE/GCSE Certificates (if applicable)
    • High School Equivalency
    • Midterm Grades if currently taking A/AS levels
    • TOEFL/IELTS/SAT, if available
    • Personal Essay
    • Letters of Recommendation
    • Immunization Forms (with specific dates; not the general form)
    • A document on which you have written:
      • Full home address (Area, Block#, Street#, House#, etc.)
      •  Email Address
      • Telephone #

* Blurred/illegible copies will not be accepted by U.S. universities.

2.  Select an approved English language school .  The maximum number of students allowed to enroll in each English Language program at any given time is 50.

3.  Submit your application.

4.  Contact your advisor for a financial support letter
