If you need help to apply, please do the following:
1. Upload all of the necessary documents in the Ministry Academic System website
- Make sure all of your documents have been clearly uploaded in PDF format:
- Passport
- Civil ID Card
- Birth Certificate
- Transcripts (grades 9-12)
- IGCSE/GCSE Certificates (if applicable)
- High School Equivalency
- Midterm Grades if currently taking A/AS levels
- TOEFL/IELTS/SAT, if available
- Personal Essay
- Letters of Recommendation
- Immunization Forms (with specific dates; not the general form)
- A document on which you have written:
- Full home address (Area, Block#, Street#, House#, etc.)
- Email Address
- Telephone #
* Blurred/illegible copies will not be accepted by U.S. universities.
2. Select a school, and make sure it is approved for your major
- You can search by Name, by Major or by Location/ State
- We recommend that you search by Major to ensure that your selected programs are approved for your major
For example, if your major is Accounting:
- Select East Coast
- For MAJOR, type or choose “Business Administration”
- For Specialty, type or choose “Accounting”
- For Degree, choose “B”
- Click on “Search”
- You will get a list of approved universities
- Select schools that have a program listed under the “ESL” column
3. Contact your advisor to assist with the application
