If you already have an I-20 and you need authentication of your admission, please do the following:
1. Upload all of the necessary documents in the Ministry Academic System website
- Make sure all of your documents have been clearly uploaded in PDF format:
- Passport
- Civil ID Card
- Birth Certificate
- Transcripts (grades 9-12)
- IGCSE/GCSE Certificates (if applicable)
- High School Equivalency
- Midterm Grades if currently taking A/AS levels
- TOEFL/IELTS/SAT, if available
- Personal Essay
- Letters of Recommendation
- Immunization Forms (with specific dates; not the general form)
- A document on which you have written:
- Full home address (Area, Block#, Street#, House#, etc.)
- Email Address
- Telephone #
* Blurred/illegible copies will not be accepted by U.S. universities.
2. Make sure your school is approved, by visiting this website.
For example, if your major is Business Administration / Accounting:
- Select East Coast
- Select or type Business Administration under "Major" field
- Select or type Accounting under "Specialty" field
- Click on “Search”
3. Contact your advisor for authentication of your admission
- Include a copy of your passport, I-20 and Admission letter
- We will send a financial support letter to the school
