Residency/Fellowship Certificates

*Per new instructions received from the Ministry of Higher Education, individuals who wish to certify their academic records must apply through the Ministry’s website at www.mohe.edu.kw/eregistration/home.aspx.

Please be advised of the required documents for certification as follows:

1. Copy of passport
2. Copy of Civil ID
3. Copy of Residency / Fellowship Certificates
4. Verification letter from institution granting Residency / Fellowship indicating the following:
   
   1. Dates of Residency / Fellowship
   2. If Resident / Fellow currently meeting requirements/active member
5. Copy of previous academic record/degree
6. Copy of Equivalency Certificate of previous degree issued by the Ministry of Higher Education (for degree earned from private institution in Kuwait or any institution outside of Kuwait).

The Cultural Office reserves the right to request for additional documentation if needed.
